Saving Money, Time, and Liability with new Features from IES

Join us for a comprehensive webinar on our newest product offerings in the Innovative application! Find out how you can use our recently developed tools to increase employee retention, avoid wasted man-hours, and boost operational safety. IES RouteSync and IES Extended Pay are the modules you need to upgrade your TMS.

IES RouteSync provides the crucial link between the planned route back in the office, and the actual route navigated in the vehicle. Dispatches can send trip routes from PC MILER ® directly to their drivers’ in-vehicle devices. Text-list directions are replaced with turn-by turn guidance, and optimized for efficient fuel stops.

We’ll show you how IES RouteSync can reduce expenditures from non-revenue mileage by minimizing the variance between actual and planned routes. Learn how you can and respond faster to out-of-route conditions, saving time and increasing employee satisfaction. We’ll also show you how to limit liability through strict routing of Hazmat loads, and better route planning in general.

IES Extended Pay is debuting in the 2018.2 as a new module for the IES Platform. Expand your pay choices and save time with our new pay functionality and automated payroll processes. Diminish operational costs and get your drivers paid faster with this fully-integrated solution.

We’ll discuss how to better incentivize your drivers and reduce turnover by implementing a pay rate based on weekly miles driven. Streamline payroll with one-time quick payments to owners or drivers without performing the entire Settlements process. We’ll also discuss setting automatic updates to driver pay rates based on months of service.

If you want to save your organization money, time, and liability, you need to see Trimble’s newest release of IES!

What you’ll learn:

IES RouteSync:

  • How to save money on fuel and mileage
  • How to implement address validation and more accurate ETA’s
  • How to increase driver efficiency and support on-time delivery
  • How to limit liability through safe route planning

IES ExtendedPay:

Ending an Epidemic: Fighting Human Trafficking One Tip at a Time

Please join the Trimble team along with Ashley Smith, the oil and gas program manager for TAT, to learn actionable steps you and your company can take to reduce trafficking.

Modern-day slavery, or human trafficking, exists whenever people are bought and sold for forced labor or commercial sex. Around the world, it is estimated that there are over 40 million slaves today. Human trafficking has been reported in all 50 states, and the number of victims in the United States is estimated in the hundreds of thousands.

Truckers Against Trafficking (TAT) is helping to put a dent in this epidemic, providing training and tools for transportation professionals to assist law enforcement in the recognition and reporting of human trafficking. Thanks to TAT and its members, thousands of people — including hundreds of minors — have been rescued by trucker tips alone.

Managing Customer Expectations and Preventing Delivery Delays with New Features from TruETA

Late deliveries and trip delays don’t just affect your driver or the customer receiving the order. Missing your ETA creates a ripple effect of frustration through every stop on the route. Delays from road construction, traffic accidents, adverse weather, or poor time management used to be an irritating industry reality. Now, Trimble’s TruETA takes the guesswork out of transportation operations, putting real-time integration into your drivers’ hands.

Join us to see what’s new for TruETA, and how it can help your drivers avoid unnecessary delays.

In this webinar, we’ll discuss the newest features of TruETA that help you to see potential issues before they occur – letting you plan your route more efficiently. Learn how your drivers and dispatchers can predict a more accurate ETA based on average traffic patterns, weather conditions, and other data. Our overview will also include two new add-on modules: Driver Trip Planning, and Out of Route and Out of Corridor Alerts. TruETA allows drivers to see how much time is available to them at each stop, alerting them if they’ve allocated too much time to one delivery. Dispatchers can see if a vehicle travels out of route, and quickly get a trip back on track or adjust customer expectations. If you want to learn how to increase the accuracy of your ETAs and avoid late deliveries, don’t miss the chance to see these enhancements in action!

In this webinar, you’ll learn:

  • What’s new in TruETA 2018.3
  • How to provide more accurate ETA’s using hours of service, weather conditions, and current and historical traffic patterns.
  • All about Out of Route and Out of Corridor warning indicators
  • How to use OOR/OOC alerts to correct a route, or how to adjust an ETA based on new route data.
